Once your order has been dispatched, providing you have given the appropriate information, you will receive an email with your tracking and delivery information. You can track the status of your order here https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item. 

Your order should arrive in 48 hours from dispatch, the cut off for delivery is 2pm (every working day) Any orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will then be dispatched the following Monday. 

Please Note: A working day is Monday – Friday and does not include Bank Holidays.

Undelivered parcels returned to Warrington Wolves due to the recipient not being available for delivery or failing to collect will incur additional postage charges for re-sending.

Orders placed for Store Collection cannot be collected until at least midday on the next working day, and only after you have received a confirmation email advising that your order is ready for collection.

All merchandise orders selected for store collection must be collected during opening hours from: Warrington Wolves Official Club Store, The Halliwell Jones Stadium ,Mike Gregory Way, Warrington, WA2 7NE
Please bring your order confirmation (printed or on your mobile device) when collecting your order. You may also be asked to provide proof of identification.

International Shipping
Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Due to changes in U.S. import regulations, customs duties may now apply to all orders shipped to the United States, regardless of order value. Any extra duties and taxes will be automatically calculated and added at checkout.

Different Stock Availability
If you have selected items with different availability times then we will despatch your order when all items are ready.

Pre-Orders
Products on Pre-Order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will be dispatched in the period specified on the website. Pre-orders require payment to be made at checkout in full. The payment will be debited immediately on order creation. Please note that due to the nature of pre-order items, we do not be accept cancellations. By placing a pre-order, you are agreeing to these Pre-order Terms and Conditions.

Undelivered Items
We aim to deliver all of our orders and keep failed deliveries to a minimum. If we do fail to deliver any order to you, please report this to us no later than 30 days from the date on which the order was taken by us. We will not accept responsibility for any undelivered orders which are reported to us later than 30 days after the date on which the order was taken by us.
