We want you to be happy with your purchase, however if you are not completely satisfied with a product return it to us within 14 days of purchase in an unworn/ unused condition with the original packaging/ tags and receipt for an exchange of item or full refund.

If the goods delivered to you are not what you ordered, are of incorrect quantity, or are damaged or defective the customer can notify us via email within 48 hours of delivery of order. Please send all emails to shopadmin@warringtonwolves.com

This does not affect your statutory rights. The customer bears the cost of returning goods for refund or exchange, except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods.

Whilst every action is taken to keep The Official Club Store updated, on some occasions an ordered product may be unavailable - mainly at peak periods such as Christmas and on fast selling promotional lines. In such circumstances The Official Club Store will provide a suitable alternative or a full refund.

We are unable to refund or exchange (unless deemed faulty by Warrington Wolves) earrings, underwear (inc. socks) and DVD's.

In Store Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase, however if you are not completely satisfied with a product return it to us within 14 days with a valid receipt, in an unworn/ unused condition with the original packaging/ tags and receipt for an exchange of item or a refund to the original amount paid.

If a product is returned in an unworn/ unused condition with the original packaging/ tags but without a valid receipt, we may offer an exchange of item to the value of the lowest possible selling price.

Shirt Printing Returns

We are unable to exchange or refund a shirt that has been personally printed with letters and numbers or badges if the sizing is incorrect. The Club will also accept no liability for any changes to player’s names and numbers due to transfers or a player changing their shirt numbers.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shirt size is purchased before a print can be applied to a replica shirt (please be aware that shirt size specifications may vary from year to year) 

Sale Items

Please note that there are no refunds/exchanges on sale items bought instore unless the item is faulty.

Christmas Returns

Items purchased online or instore between 2nd November 2024 and 24th December 2024, can be returned until the 13th January 2025.

The item must be in re-saleable condition & with proof of purchase. Customers can return online orders via the post and will receive a refund excluding shipping charges.

Any items returned after 13th January 2025. with proof of purchase will be exchange only up until 31st January 2025.
